All payments received from payers are applied and reviewed for accuracy. Denials and underpayments are appealed.  We use patient friendly billing statements to make financial communications clear and concise. Unpaid accounts that meet collection criteria are transferred to the collection agency of your choice. As always, a secure system environment is provided in order to ensure patient confidentiality.
