With offices in Westchester and Dutchess Counties, Quality Billing Service, Inc. (QBS) has served the healthcare community since 1987. QBS offers medical billing, accounts receivable management services, revenue cycle consulting and interim management solutions for hospitals, physicians, laboratories, home health agencies and other providers. Additionally, we provide Medicaid eligibility and enrollment services through our Eligibility Advocacy Service (EAS) program.
While large corporations continue to overtake many local businesses, there are still successful smaller companies such as ours that remain privately owned and operated. We do not have a staff of thousands, – but we are nearby, well capitalized and able to customize recovery solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Perry Santullo, FHFMA, President – Bachelor of Business Administration, Iona College. Over 25 years of experience in healthcare finance in both the hospital and vendor settings.
Leona M. Mininni, FHFMA, Vice President – Bachelor of Science, Mercy College. Graduate studies, Marist College. Over 25 years of revenue cycle experience in physician practice, hospital patient financial services, and vendor settings.
Donna Margotta, Vice President – Over 25 years of experience in hospital, laboratory and physician billing/credentialing in both the hospital and vendor settings. Proficient in Medicare and other government regulated payers.
Matthew J. Knaus, FHFMA, Executive Vice President – Bachelor of Science, Ithaca College. Over 20 years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience. Certified in Epic HB Billing and Claims and Insurance Follow up. Skilled in system implementations and performance optimization.
DeCiembre D. White, Vice President of Advisory Services – Master of Public Health, Columbia University. Over 10 years of experience as an advocate for patient access transformation. Certified in both Epic Grand Central (fka ADT/Prelude) and Cadence.
Our support team is comprised of members who combined, have a broad spectrum of revenue cycle expertise, education, certification and specialization. We maintain a staffing compliment with all A/R competencies represented. Most hold CRCR certification.
